Our Mission
Copper Boyz Ranch is a nonprofit organization dedicated to transforming the lives of urban youth in Kansas City, Missouri, by creating a safe, supportive environment where young people and rescued horses can heal, grow, and thrive together. Through mentorship, equine-assisted learning, therapeutic support, horsemanship education, life skills development, and community engagement, we empower youth to build confidence, resilience, responsibility, and leadership.
Our mission is to inspire hope, foster personal growth, and equip at-risk youth with the tools, relationships, and opportunities they need to become compassionate, socially responsible leaders who create positive change in their families and communities.
